Oscillating knife cutting is using a programmed CNC machine to cut any shape you might think of – precise and fast. The machine uses a range of blades to cut and curve the material into the required dimensions. Send us your file ( dxf for example), material type you would like to cut and thickness ,amount needed. For gasket 100X80X2mm we would charge 70p each. This is on average 30% lower than the average market price.
This process gives a high level of accuracy and saves the cost of tooling for small orders.
Once you make your order we aim to deliver gaskets to your door within 7-day time frame as long as we have the materials needed in stock. We are happy to offer professional advice on material properties etc. We can also provide technical details /certificates if needed.
